This oil does not go through the filtering process and should be enjoyed within three months of bottling.
The skin of the olive and the pits, branches, and other natural elements seeping into the unfiltered olive juice give it personality.
As with our Picual, we cultivate Fugaz traditionally, in plots of a maximum of one or two hectares, with three-feet olive trees and which have been rooted in the earth and subjected to our continental Mediterranean climate between 50 years and a century.
Origin: Los Capachos olive grove (Baños de la Encina, Jaén).
Process: cold extraction, unfiltered
Harvest: October 2022.
